How we work

Five stages. You approve the direction before we produce anything. First set in about three working days.

  1. Brief

You tell us about the brand, the product and where the images will run. It takes two minutes.

You receiveA reply within 48 hours, with a recommended package.

  2. Direction

We write the creative direction: light, lens, palette, casting, setting. Then we test it on two or three style frames.

You receiveStyle frames to approve before production starts.

  3. Production

We build your product, and any recurring character, from your real photos. Then we generate the full set with the leading paid models, so every image stays consistent.

You receiveA first set to review.

  4. Finishing

Every frame is retouched by hand. Stray logos and text come out, colour is matched across the set, grain goes in, and faces, hands and product details are checked.

    You receiveOne revision round, included.

  5. Delivery

Final files in the formats you need, with a short usage note and guidance on which images need an AI label.

You receiveFinal files. Usage rights transfer on final payment.

A woman in white linen on the bow of a wooden boat at golden hour

Resort

Campaign on location

Brief
A linen label needs a summer campaign, with no budget for a boat, a crew or flights.
Method
The garment is locked from the client’s photos or sketches, then worn by a cast model on a location written into the brief. The light is set to match the season.
Delivered
Twelve images in 9:16 and 4:5: same model, same light, same colour.
A woman in a black tailored blazer against a sage green backdrop, lit by direct flash

Editorial

Studio, hard flash

Brief
A tailoring brand wants a sharp, flash-lit editorial for its launch.
Method
One direction, one flash look, one backdrop. The model is cast once and stays identical across the whole series. Pores and skin texture stay on purpose.
Delivered
An editorial set with consistent casting and colour.
A man in a black dinner jacket seated in a baroque palazzo at dusk

Evening

Menswear, cinematic

Brief
A menswear label wants its dinner jacket to look like it belongs in a film.
Method
The location is built once as a fixed environment and lit like a film set. Satin lapels, fabric sheen and shadows are checked at full size.
Delivered
Six hero images for the launch, plus short animations for social.

Questions

Will my product look exactly like the real one?

Yes, and this is where we are strictest. Send three to five clear photos from different angles. We build the product from them, then compare every generated image against your photos: proportions, materials, colours, stitching, hardware. Logos, labels and any text are added afterwards in post-production, so they are sharp and exact rather than generated. If a detail is off, we fix it before you see it.

What do you need from me to start?

The brief is enough to begin: the brand, the product, where the images will run and the feeling you want. For product work, add three to five photos. If you have a logo, brand colours, a lookbook or images you admire, send them too: the more we know, the closer the first set lands. If you have none of this, say so in the brief and we will propose a direction.

How long does it take?

We reply to every brief within 48 hours with a recommended package. Once you approve the style frames, the first set arrives in about three working days. Larger packages and monthly work follow a calendar we agree with you at the start, so you always know what arrives and when.

Can the same model or character appear across many images?

Yes. We cast a model once and keep the same face, hair, skin and proportions across the whole series, so a campaign looks like one shoot and not like a collection of different pictures. The same applies to locations: a setting can be built once and photographed from different angles and at different times of day. This is what the Monthly and Custom packages are built on.

How many revisions are included?

One round in every package. A round means one consolidated list of changes on a set, which we apply together. Small corrections, such as a colour, a crop or a detail, are part of it. Extra rounds, or a change of direction after you approved the style frames, are quoted separately. Fixing something we missed is never counted as a round: we correct it at no extra cost. This keeps the work fast and the result precise.

Who owns the images, and where can I use them?

You do. When the final payment is made, the usage rights for the delivered images pass to you, and we confirm this in writing. You can use them on your website, social channels, ads and print. As a founding client you agree that we may show the results in our portfolio. After that, the images are yours to use.

Will the images be labelled as AI?

Where a platform requires it, yes, and we tell you which images and which platforms. Major platforms ask for a label on realistic AI-generated content, and being open about it protects your reach and your brand’s credibility. We give you the exact wording for each channel with the final files.

Do you also make videos?

Yes, short animations of five to ten seconds for social and ads. They are included in the Campaign package (three) and in the Monthly package (six a month). The Start package covers images only. Animations start from the approved stills, so the look stays identical.

How does payment work?

Half upfront, to start the work, and half on delivery of the final files. Founding pricing applies to our first five clients. If we sent you a discount code, enter it in the packages section and the prices update. The code also reaches us with your brief.

What happens to the photos and information I send?

We use them only for your project. The brief form collects the details needed to reply and to work, and the privacy notice explains what we keep, for how long and how you can ask us to delete it. You can write to us at any time at nerolava.studio@gmail.com.

I’m not sure which package I need.

That is normal. Fill in the brief with what you want to achieve and roughly how many images you need. We will recommend the package that fits, and tell you honestly if a smaller one is enough.
