Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the brief form or send us by email: your name, email address, brand name, website or social profile, your role, and the details of the project you describe (category, goals, timing, budget range, reference links), plus the discount code you used, if any.

Why we use it

To reply to your brief and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
To send you information about our services, only if you tick the box for it. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

We use Tally (brief form), Google (spreadsheet and email) and Cloudflare (website hosting and cookie-free visit statistics). They act as processors on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards they provide.

How long we keep it

Briefs that do not become a project are deleted after [12] months. Data linked to a contract is kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Write to nerolava.studio@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Per inviarti informazioni sui nostri servizi, solo se spunti la casella. Base giuridica: il tuo consenso (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a). Puoi revocarlo in qualsiasi momento.

Chi li tratta

Usiamo Tally (modulo del brief), Google (foglio di calcolo ed email) e Cloudflare (hosting del sito e statistiche di visita senza cookie). Agiscono come responsabili del trattamento per nostro conto. Alcuni possono trattare i dati fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo con le garanzie che offrono.

Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

I brief che non diventano un progetto vengono cancellati dopo [12] mesi. I dati legati a un contratto si conservano per il tempo previsto dalla legge.

I tuoi diritti
